COMMENTS
This is a 370' Super Ice Class Research Vessel built in Japan in 1978. It is Lloyd Class. It has been well maintained and upgraded over its life and is just completing a major refit and recent dry dock. The ship has a helideck and hangar for 2 large helicopters. There is a large deck crane. The ship has 4,400 mt cargo capacity plus 490 mt of bunker cargo storage and 111 mt of refrigerated storage space. Range is 15,000 mile and 90 days endurance. The ship is Polar capable and offers a unique opportunity for scientific expedition, expedition cruising and a wide range of support operations.
