Description

Built in 1977 and with many original features this is a lovely boat to behold, with a tangerine hull and cream top-sides. Stop here if you want all the hi-tech racing bells & whistles!
I have sailed the boat in Chichester Harbour and enjoyed the thrills and spills only a Laser 1 can give you as well as gentle cruises enjoying the scenery.
Being a 'classic' and despite showing its age in places (usual hull scratches etc), the boat has also enjoyed admiring comments, particularly for the original hardwood tiller and toe bars. I have added some new bits & pieces, incl. self-bailer, mainsheet ratchet block, mainsheet, new Trident Launching Trolley (2019), a mast well disc (the well is ok). There's also the very handy spar holders from Rooster which hold the 3 spars firmly in place. The cover was new in 2018 but has a tear.
Overall the rigging is complete to include a full-size & a training sail, with bags, and is ready for you to sail!
The reason for disposal is genuine - I bought a Wayfarer this year to take my grandson sailing and am only allowed one boat! Priced for a quick sale.
