Accommodation

Ocean Pearl is a credit to her owners. She is a well presented boat. Early viewing is strongly recommended.
Access is gained via the port side transom door into the aft cockpit were there’s a full width bench seat. Access to the lazarette below and the daily engine inspection hatch. Port side access to the fly bridge via the ladder. The fly bridge has the depth sounder repeated.
You then enter the light and airy saloon via the sliding doors.
All of the upholstery and covers were replaced in August 2019.
On the Port side is a large sofa bed which provides you with a total of six berths. Opposite is the well-appointed galley. It is fitted with a two ring LPG hob, oven with grill, new fridge and round, stainless steel sink with mixer tap.
This leads onto the lower helm station.
The helm is stb side and is nicely laid out and uncluttered. Ocean Pearl benefits from having a bow thruster fitted too.
You then step down to the sleeping quarters.
Port side is the guest cabin. This has two single berths with a wardrobe and eye level lockers, reading lights and two opening portholes.
Opposite is the shower and toilet compartment. This is fitted with a hand basin with mixer tap, large mirror, ample surface space and storage and a manual sea toilet /shower cubical. This then leads onto the master cabin which boasts the ever popular central island bed, wardrobe, eye level storage and small vanity unit.
Thanks to the light materials used in Ocean Pearl, she really does have a spacious feel to her.
Ocean Pearl benefits from the following upgrades and maintenance in August 2019. New TV, fridge, upholstery, battery charger, anodes and engine service.
