Description

Vida is a 1968 Elizabethan 29. Based on the folk boat concept, she is a stiff, fast cruiser racer, designed by Kim Holman. Her long-keeled, narrow-beamed but elegant hull gives good directional stability and means she is quicker than you might think. She is equally happy being driven hard or pottering with the family. Vida features an encapsulated lead keel, providing added peace of mind.
A beautiful boat to sail - she will virtually sail herself. She has just been moved to her summer mooring in Falmouth harbour, having been prepared for the season ahead (engine service and antifouling). We have greatly enjoyed cruising Vida along the SW coast. A 2020 survey is available; all recommended maintenance has been completed, and she is now priced to sell.
