There is room for 160 passengers and 12 cars, alternatively 55 tonnes of cargo. In 2001 the vessel was up on the shipyard in Tallin, where she were thoroughly repaired and painted. Many bottom plates were changed and approved thickness measurement was carried out.
Above deck has been built a new 100 m2 large superstructure in the style of the original. The superstructure houses the living and public areas. The floor covering consists of oak parquet flooring.
Upper deck: Here is the wheelhouse and there is a salon furnished with kitchenett and dining area. The lounge/salon has windows all around.
Middle deck: A lounge with fireplace for wood burning. The accomodation consists of two accommodation cabins and two newly fitted bathroom with toilet and shower cabin.
Lower deck: Room for cargo, boiler room and engine room is located on the lower deck.
Shipyard work has also included new water and sewage systems, new electrical wiring, heating, new oil / electric boiler and fire systems.
Car and tire load is about 20 x 6 m (120 m2). There are opportunities to build lounge, restaurant, etc.. Below deck is the hold with a further 100 m2 of surface with large disponible applications and opportunities.
The vessel is equipped with a hydraulic crane, Hiab 7 m, for loading. The crane is on the front of the ship's cargo deck. Ramp for loading of cars / truck are in the bow of the ship. There are no ballast tanks. But the ship has a cement coating on the bottom plate, which serves as a dry permanent ballast. |
