Materials are Mahogany for Hull and Oak for the bottom log. Interior is all Mahogany and the Deck is Teak. Big double bed in front for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Nice dining place in the after deck for 5-6 persons. Potta Potti toilet and working gas stove. Garmin GPS can eventually be included aswell as 2 anchors. Necessary fenders and ropes included. Boathouse 9x3,5 meter with cover is included. Original Volvo B20 motor 115 Hp with double Stromberg carburetors. Stern drive original Volvo Aquamatic, AQ100. The motor is renovated 2009.
